Using Last Seen means you accept these terms. They are short on purpose — please read them; they govern how you use the game.
The service
Last Seen is a detective game built around a new case every couple of days, a leaderboard and additional cases. The service is provided "as is" and will keep evolving.
Account
You are responsible for what happens on your account. The game is meant for an adult audience (crime content). Keep your credentials to yourself.
Fair play
Cheating, automation, exploiting bugs, or sharing solutions to game the leaderboard are off-limits and can get your account suspended.
Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases and the Last Seen+ subscription run through the app stores (Google Play, App Store). The refund and cancellation rules of the relevant store apply. The ranked case stays free; we never sell a competitive edge.
Intellectual property
The game, its cases, code and content are protected. You get a personal, non-exclusive licence to play; reproducing or reselling any of it is not allowed.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the game.
