How do I play?
You are handed a suspect’s unlocked phone. Dig through its apps — messages, photos, calls, banking, maps and more — pin the clues that matter, then build a structured accusation: who, what, when, where, how and why. The game checks your accusation on our server and scores it.
How is my score calculated?
Accuracy first, efficiency second. Your score rewards a correct, well-reasoned accusation; wrong accusations and used hints cost points. Speed only breaks ties between equal scores — rushing never wins on its own.
What is the ranked case?
One shared case for everyone, a new one every couple of days, like a crossword. The leaderboard closes at the deadline, then the solution and stats are revealed. The ranked case is always free and fair.
What is Last Seen+?
A subscription that unlocks every case, the full archive of past cases, multiplayer rooms with friends, streak protection and an ad-free experience. Plans: weekly $3.99, monthly $6.99, or yearly $44.99 with a 7-day free trial. The ranked case stays free for everyone — we never sell a competitive edge.
What are coins, and do they affect ranking?
Coins are an in-game currency you earn or buy, spent on hints (and, if you are not subscribed, on unlocking individual cases). Coins never touch the ranked case — it stays completely free and fair, so there is no pay-to-win.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open Profile → Restore purchases. This re-syncs your subscription and coins from the App Store or Google Play. Use it after reinstalling the app or switching devices. Make sure you are signed in with the same store account you bought with.
Will my progress be saved?
Yes. Even playing anonymously, your progress is tied to an account. Link it to e-mail, Google or Apple to keep your scores across devices and reinstalls.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete my account, then confirm. This permanently removes your account and all related data. Full details are on the account-deletion page.
Is any of this real?
No. Last Seen is fiction. Every case, name, character and document is invented for the game. The content deals with adult crime themes and is intended for players aged 18 and over.
