Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Last Seen account and the data attached to it at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed.
Delete from the app
Open the app, go to Profile → Delete my account and confirm. Deletion is immediate and irreversible — there is no undo, so make sure before you confirm.
What gets deleted
Your account identity (your sign-in via Firebase Authentication and your e-mail if you linked one), your display name, and all of your game data: scores, attempts, hints used, case ratings, daily activity and any rooms you created. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
Subscriptions and purchases
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Manage or cancel Last Seen+ from the App Store (Apple) or Google Play subscriptions, otherwise billing continues. Purchase records kept by the stores are governed by their own policies.
When it takes effect
Your account and game data are removed immediately. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.
Can’t access the app?
If you can no longer open the app, e-mail us from the address linked to your account and ask for deletion. We will verify and remove it for you.
